The community is mourning the devastating loss of 21-year-old Nicholas Tubbs of Grafton, Ohio who was tragically killed in a shooting outside a Walmart store in Elyria on Thursday evening. According to authorities, Tubbs was transported to the hospital after being shot but sadly did not survive. A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested.
